What is it

Evening Primrose is a solvent-free, cold-pressed evening primrose seed oil, a superior source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). GLA is an important omega-6 fatty acid required for the production of beneficial prostaglandins, which play an important role in promoting healthy skin and immune function.

Used for

Evening primrose oil provides nutritional support during mild discomfort associated with PMS.

Consumption

It is recommended to take 1 soft gel 1 to 2 times daily with meals or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Soft gel consists of gelatine, glycerine, and purified water.

For 1 capsule:
Evening primrose oil (1300 mg) of which gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) (130 mg).
