What is it
Vitamin B12 is a naturally occurring B-complex vitamin that promotes the health of the circulatory and nervous systems and supports energy metabolism. Contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and normal red blood cell formation.
Consumption
It is recommended to take 1 tablet, 3 times daily with food.

Vitamin B12 (1000 mcg), Magnesium stearate, Micro crystalline cellulose.
