What is it

B-50 provides a full complement of B vitamins plus choline and inositol. These vitamins work to support energy production, maintaining a healthy homocysteine metabolism.

Used for

Promotes the health of the nervous system. B vitamins are soluble in water and, with the exception of B-12, have limited storage in the body and therefore require daily replenishment. Although B-12 is stored in the liver, dietary sources are of animal origin only (meat and dairy) and supplementation with B-12 may be especially important for vegetarians.

Consumption

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day with a meal.

Precautions

It is not made with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients that contain these allergens. Only for adults. Consult a physician if you are pregnant / nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry, dark place after opening. Keep out of the reach of children.

Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
