How to take JarroDophilus EPS 5 billion?
It is recommended to take 1 capsule up to 4 times per day with water or juice, preferably on an empty stomach, or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Contains milk and soy (in trace amounts). Keep out of reach of children.

Storage conditions
Does not require refrigeration and best to store in cool, dry place. Avoid storage at temperature above 77°F (25°C).

Per 1 capsule:
Probiotic bacteria blend composed of the following strains (5 billions viable cells (minimum)): Lactobacillus rhamnosus R0011, Pediococcus acidilactici R1001, Bifidobacterium longum BB536, Bifidobacterium breve R0070, Lactobacillus helveticus R0052, Lactobacillus casei R0215, Lactobacillus plantarum R1012, Lactococcus lactis subsp, lactis R1058.
Other ingredients: Potato starch, Magnesium stearate (vegetable source), Vitamin C (antioxidant), Vegetarian capsule consists of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and an aqueous-based enteric coating.
