How to take Jarro-Dophilus Allergen Free?
It is recommended to take 1 capsule up to 2 times per day during or shortly after a meal. For infants and children, use 1/2 to 1 capsule per day. Open the capsule and mix the desired contents with water, unheated liquids such as fruit juices or foods. Or take as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Probiotic blend composed of the following strains (10 billion viable cells (minimum)): L. acidophilus LA-02, L. rhamnosus LR-04, L. paracasei LPC-00, B. lactis BS-01, L. plantarum LP-01, B. breve BR-03.
Other ingredients: Maltodextrin, Magnesium stearate (vegetable source), Silicon dioxide, Vitamin C (antioxidant), Capsule consists of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
